The Barbary is a NZ wool, hand-knotted product and can withstand a lot of foot traffic. Being a higher pile the maintenance in these areas will require more vacuuming and care as higher pile rugs will show more tracking and pile movement.
All our rugs are washed over 7 times to ensure loose fibres are withdrawn but initial shedding is totally normal. Opt to add our non-slip underluxe - a premium non-skid rug underlay for hard and soft floors.
